Measurements: Length 28 feet - width 8 feet at one end widening to 12 feet at the other.
I really like this site. I’m in contact with folks about it and am hopeful it is possible. It is the old GR city scales facility. Large triangular lot - right in the center of things in Downtown. The building is small - which I’m interested in to prevent us from enclaving too much. I is near the river which could facilitate that focus. It is near the center of Artprize activity - which would work if we do research on ARtPrize. The building has windows all around and is a real curiosity. 
It is right across the street from the City Services and Recreation offices along Market Street. It is also near a discrete Adult Entertainment club that has gotten a lot of press. It is a safe area - two blocks from the Rapid station.
